We are proud of our alumni. St. Bernard students go on to Catholic, public and private high schools and continue to excel. In 2012 the Valedictorian of Enfield High was from the SBS Class of 2008 and in 2011 the Salutatorian was from the SBS Class of 2007. We have had alumni that have been accepted and received scholarships to the following prestigious institutions: Cathedral High School, East Catholic High School, Northwest High School, Suffield Academy, The Gunnery, and many more.
“I think that my favorite part of school throughout my eleven years there (I went through two years of preschool, then K, 1, 2, etc.) was being with all my friends. I think that is one of the best parts of Catholic school in general, that you spend so many years with the same people, building lasting friendships. By the end of eighth grade, I probably could have named every person’s favorite color, subject, and hobby.” - Brendan Fahey ‘11
“St. Bernard School instilled good values into me at a young age. They taught me good study habits that have helped me manage my time and studies in high school.” - Anne Nguyen ‘08
“I was able to attend a college prep, Catholic high school that provided me the academic rigor to allow me to attend MIT. SBS instilled in me the morals I still live my life by, and that have inspired me to do a service year working in Boston Public Schools.” - Hannah Pelton ‘04
